HSINCHU, Taiwan, May 6 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES (Bermuda) LTD. ("ChipMOS" or the "Company'') (Nasdaq: IMOS), a leading independent provider of semiconductor testing and assembly services, today announced that it has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement of NASDAQ Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). On May 5, 2010, the Company received written notice from the NASDAQ staff confirming that the closing bid price of the Company's common stock has been at $1.00 per share or greater for the last 11 consecutive business days, from April 20, 2010 to May 4, 2010. The Company earlier disclosed information about the status of its minimum bid price requirement compliance on September 17, 2009, February 8, 2010 and March 17, 2010. ChipMOS has and continues to meet all aspects of NASDAQ's stringent regulatory, corporate governance and financial requirements, other than NASDAQ's minimum bid price requirement, which it again now also meets.
