These communications have inaccurately summarized the status of certain patents and patent applications. Colorcon has more than 15 patents for enteric coatings granted globally for the Acryl-EZE(R), aqueous acrylic enteric, and Sureteric(R), aqueous enteric systems, including valid patents in India. These patents remain in full effect.
