Swiss Chef Albert Thony's interest in the kitchen came from his mother who was an excellent cook and this had a guiding influence on his future career. The Swiss are renowned for skilled chefs and this tradition is continued with Chef Albert and this rich culinary heritage is reflected in his dishes as well.
Chef Albert's culinary career has taken him to some of the most prestigious kitchens in Asia - Manila, Hong Kong, Bangkok etc. Work in high-end hotels has given him a deep insight into creating the perfect menu to suit the most discerning of guests.
