Delta Showcases Latest Medical Power Supply Series at Medical Design & Manufacturing East 2016

Products on display include Delta's High Energy Density Medical open frame and enclosed power supplies, medical grade 30W wall mount adapters, and the new MDS-350AD701 power solution model with a 350W power rating. Open Frame with 200/250/300/400W Power Supply: The MDS Open Frame platform is designed to meet industry standard footprint, high power density and MTBF. It provides reliable, high performance solution for medical device. All of the MDS series of open frame power supplies are certified with both medical and ITE safety approvals. The series of versatile products can be used in a wide variety of equipment designed for medical and ITE applications.

350W Medical ATX: The MDS-350AD701 series of internal ATX power supplies comes with universal AC input from 90Vac to 264Vac. Other features include low leakage, availability of risk management reports, and electric shock protection compliant with 2 x MOPP (Means of Patent Protection) requirements. The MDS series is certified for EMC standards according to EN 55011 for industrial, scientific and medical (ISM) radio-frequency equipment and EN 55022 for Industrial Technology Equipment (ITE) radio-frequency equipment. The MDS-350AD701 series comes with both Medical and ITE safety approvals, including UL/CE/CQC (5000m) and CB certification, and are fully compliant with RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU for environmental protection. Only industry-recognized Japanese capacitors are used to ensure long product life.

30 Watt Wall Mount with Detachable AC Blades: The MDS series of external power supply comes with universal AC input at 85Vac to 264Vac. Other features include low leakage current, availability of risk management reports, and electric shock protection that complies with 2 MOPP. The MDS series is certified for EMC standards according to EN 55011 for industrial, scientific and medical (ISM) radio-frequency equipment and EN 55022 for Information Technology Equipment (ITE) radio-frequency equipment. The MDS series comes with both medical and ITE safety approvals, including UL/cUL and IEC-60950-1 CB certification as a Limited Power Source (LPS), and CCC approval. Designs are fully compliant with RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU for environmental protection and only industry-recognized top ranking components are used.
