The Company also announced that following its release of fourth quarter and full year 2008 financial results in March 2009, CRIC (Shanghai) Information Technology Co., Ltd., the Company's wholly owned subsidiary primarily engaged in providing real estate consulting and information services, received confirmation from PRC tax authorities that, as an approved high and new technology enterprise, it was subject to a 15% preferential income tax rate instead of the 25% statutory rate from 2008 to 2010. As a result, the Company has revised its full-year 2008 net income to $39.6 million from $37.3 million and its diluted earnings per ADS to $0.48 from $0.45.
