Having closed its prospectus and raised approximately A$9.5 million, the company is now seeking new investment through its initial public offering (IPO), in the hope of raising the company's profile and continuing its growth as a global roaming provider.

Jef Ong, CEO and Founder of FLEXIROAM, said; "This is a new chapter for the company as with the IPO proceed, we can now replicate our successful business model across Asia with a more aggressive approach. By increasing awareness about the company's capabilities, we hope to show investors the broad value and potential of the services we provide."

Headquartered in Perth, Western Australia, FLEXIROAM has extensive coverage thanks to secured wholesale partnerships that allow the company to gain access to more than 580 mobile operators worldwide to distribute their unused capacity to retail travelers.

Its core products include the FLEXIROAM Roaming Pass and the FLEXIROAM SIM cards, which allow travelers to use their local numbers with unrestricted voice and data access at their destination of choice.
