HONG KONG, Aug. 26, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- A special screening presented by Hugo Boss to benefit FilmAid Asia of the highly anticipated first instalment of the Mortal Instruments series, directed by award winning director Harald Zwart, THE MORTAL INSTRUMENTS: CITY OF BONES will take place in Hong Kong on Saturday 31st August at AMC Pacific Place.
Based on Cassandra Clare's international bestseller, the first film in this otherworldly series features a hugely talented cast including Lily Collins, Jamie Campbell Bower, Kevin Zegers, Jonathan Rhys Meyers, and Asia's own Godfrey Gao.
The star-studded Hong Kong event will see both Jamie Campbell Bower (Jace Wayland), Godfrey Gao (Magnus Bane) and author Cassandra Clare walk the red carpet in Hong Kong for a special screening of the film.
As a part of corporate social responsibility, HUGO BOSS is the title sponsor of this special screening.
All proceeds from the premiere will benefit FilmAid Asia - a humanitarian organisation that uses the power of film and media to transcend language and literacy, bringing life-saving information, psychological relief and much-needed hope to refugees and other communities in need around the region.
