GTT Selects Global Cloud Xchange for High Speed, Diverse Trans-Atlantic Connectivity

High performance and scalable global network enables GTT to benefit from advance technology and cost savings across US and Europe

NEW YORK and PARIS, Jan. 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Global Cloud Xchange (GCX), today announced that it will deliver 100 Gigabit Ethernet (GbE) connectivity between US and Europe to GTT Communications, Inc. (NYSE: 'GTT') on its Trans-Atlantic FA-1 North and South cables.

GTT operates a global Tier 1 IP network connecting any location in the world and with any application in the cloud. Due to its significant growth and rapid increase in business throughout Europe and the United States, GTT partnered with GCX for a high-speed, low-latency 100 GbE IP backbone to meet the needs of its multinational clients.
