Global Business Leaders Form Unconventional Summit Advisory Committee

Senior business leaders from BP China, CNOOC Energy Economics Institute, National Development and Reform Commission, Schlumberger China Petroleum Institute and Sinopec E&P Institute are among the representatives of the Advisory Committee of the 4th Global Unconventional Gas Summit (GUG), taking place in Beijing in October.

Representatives of ten International and Chinese unconventional gas players will collectively provide a wealth of expertise to support the programme development of the anticipated 2013 Summit and Workshop.

The newly-formed Advisory Committee combines expert know-how across technical and commercial disciplines, with an in-depth understanding of the Chinese unconventional landscape.

The committee will contribute to all aspects of programme development, including identifying the most important and topical issues impacting today's industry professionals, providing high-profile speaker recommendations and introductions and voting on submissions following the Summit's first Call for Papers.
