Fun Foods LLC is a sister company of the Fernandez Entertainment group of companies that include E. K. Fernandez Shows, Inc., and Fun Factory, Inc. These companies have been creating meaningful memories for families throughout Hawaii for over 100 years. E. K. Fernandez Shows and Fun Factory are household names in Hawaii with their outdoor events and indoor locations throughout the state. Fun Factory, Inc. also operates in California, Georgia, South Carolina, and Louisiana. The addition of the Johnny Rockets brand to their portfolio will mark their first venture in Guam, an island largely supported by a growing tourism industry. With a combined population of more than 1.5 million people, Hawaii and Guam provide the international brand with a vast new resource of dining consumers.

Linda Fernandez, President and CEO of Fun Factory, Inc., and Scott Fernandez, President and CEO of E. K. Fernandez Shows, Inc., expect the market to fully embrace the family-friendly environment, decades-spanning music, modern Americana decor, and dancing servers---all associated with the brand's unique niche in the marketplace.

"We love seeing people have a good time at our properties and events and always strive to make sure our customers spend their time immersed in the happy moments that we provide," said Linda Fernandez. "Our core values and company culture fall directly in line with those of Johnny Rockets, making this franchise opportunity an ideal fit."

According to the Hawaii Restaurant Association, the restaurant, foodservice, hospitality and tourism industries are the cornerstone of the Hawaiian economy with over 3,500 locations directly employing more than 82,000 dedicated people. In Guam, the expansive tourism industry provides a large market for the island's restaurants with more than 1.1 million tourists visiting each year, including more than one million from Japan and Korea, all anxious to get a taste of the all-American brand.

"While our hamburgers and shakes are loved around the world, we will work with our local franchise owner to adjust the menu to accommodate local tastes and flavor preferences," said James Walker, Johnny Rockets' Chief Development Officer. "We are extremely enthusiastic about this partnership with Fun Foods LLC and are confident that the ownership's experience in the entertainment industry will play a vital role in helping us to tap into this tremendous audience base.
