Gold Rock Changed Name to RainEarth Inc. and Launches New English Web Site

BEIJING, May 15 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Gold Rock Resources Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: GRKR), a company that recently entered into the consultant services related to the hollow fiber membrane materials' application and manufacturing market in China announced that has changed its name to: RainEarth Inc. to better reflect its business. The Company is applying for a new symbol from Finra. The Company has launched a new English web site. The URL of the new web site is http://www.rainearth.net .
