Hanwha Q CELLS Supplies 28 MW of Modules to O2 emc

Supply deal to include new thin frame modules with industry leading low light and high temperature performance

SEOUL, South Korea, May 21, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Hanwha Q CELLS Co. Ltd. (the "Company" or "Hanwha Q CELLS") (NASDAQ:HQCL), a top-10 global photovoltaic manufacturer of high-quality, high-efficiency solar modules, has signed an agreement with O2 emc to supply 28 megawatts (MW) of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules.

The modules will be used at O2 emc's Montgomery Solar plant. Construction will commence in May and is scheduled to reach completion in November, 2015.

Hanwha Q CELLS' new modules assembled outside of China feature a slimmer frame which reduces material and shipping costs, and industry leading low light and high temperature performance.

All Hanwha Q CELLS modules are backed by a 25-year linear power warranty and 12-year workmanship warranty, as well as UL certification.
