Traxier Carves Out New Niche in the Social Network Landscape

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Sep. 1 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Connected Life Labs (CLL), an Internet start-up based in Columbus, OH today announced the beta launch of Traxier.com (http://traxier.com ), a social networking platform that lets users compete and interact with each other based on real-life activities.

"Life is all about competition," said Tanya Cinco, Traxier Product Manager. "Traxier.com lets people compete with each other on the normal, everyday things they do."

On Traxier.com , things people do everyday like drinking coffee, sleeping, working, exercising form the basis for friendly competition with others on the network. When people record their activities, they earn points and can win badges. Traxier.com also allows users to keep track, organize and compare with friends helpful life data like expenses, weight loss, calories, mileage, etc.

"It's a low-energy, almost effortless approach to competing with others," explained Franz Cruz, CLL's COO. "But it's still engaging enough to stoke the competitive fire in people."

Traxier is CLL's debut venture. CLL builds software and offers services that help companies find the hidden value in their knowledge capital.
