Jiangbo Pharmaceuticals Announces New Ticker (JGBO) and CUSIP

LAIYANG, China, May 12 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Jiangbo Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: GNPH) (the "Company"), a U.S. pharmaceutical company with its principal operations in the People's Republic of China, today announced that its stock will start trading on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board under the new ticker symbol "JGBO" as of May 12, 2009. The Company's shares will cease trading under the ticker symbol "GNPH" at the end of May 11, 2009.

The Company's shares will be identified under a new CUSIP: 47737 R 10 1.
