Joy City Property Introduces Commercial Operation Analysis System, "VALUE+ Action", with Focus on Customer Value to Increase Revenue

HONG KONG, Aug. 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Joy City Property Limited ("Joy City Property" or the "Company", HKEx Code: 0207) is pleased to introduce a new commercial operation analysis system, "VALUE+ Action", which marks the Company's move to focus on operations and on optimizing its customer base. It will use an advanced model of data mining and analysis in order to increase revenue.

"VALUE+ Action" is a business operation analysis system which identifies potential customer value and then transforms it into business value. The system is comprised of two segments, namely customer value identification and customer value realization. The customer value identification segment will enable a panoramic understanding of customers, including an analysis of the average duration, frequency and spending during visits of "super customers." This will help the Company build a customer base and forecast customer consumption trends. Meanwhile, the customer value realization segment allows the Company to form an O2O integrated service platform for consumption, leisure, entertainment, dissemination of information, socializing, artistic experiences, cultural exchanges and other functions through its upgraded spaces and facilities for commerce, including an intelligent service system.

Joy City Property said the Company's move to focus on operations and on optimizing its customer base supports its aim to establish shopping malls which belong to the Internet Age and target middle-class customers aged between 18 and 35. It added that the shopping centers would not only be a sales channel but would also become an important platform for displaying the image of brands, experiencing products and even a source of inspiration for product development.

The "VALUE + Action" system will greatly increase the Company's capability to form an "ecosystem" in which consumers, members, tenants and online retailers are able to interact with each other on Joy City Property's O2O platform. It will allow Joy City Property to tap the infinite potential of finite shopping spaces and surmount the constraints of geographical location, space and foot traffic to ultimately enhance business value.
