HONG KONG, Sept. 11 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Jimmy Ho has been appointed as Managing Director of its Hong Kong office. He assumes the role from Mike Bekins, who is Regional Market Leader for Korn/Ferry's Asia Pacific Technology Market, based in Hong Kong.
Mr. Ho joined the firm in 2000 and also remains the Office Managing Director of Korn/Ferry's Guangzhou office. A Senior Client Partner with the firm, Mr. Ho has led the Hong Kong industrial practice, developed the Pearl River Delta practice, built the Macau gaming business, as well as opened Korn/Ferry's Guangzhou office in 2007. He has helped clients build up management teams in the industrial products and services sectors, logistics and outsourcing, process and contract manufacturing, as well as oil and gas.

Mr. Ho spent seven years with another global executive search firm as their executive director based in Hong Kong. Before his search career, he was a product controller at Hong Kong Telecom.
Mr. Ho earned a master's of business administration from the University of Sheffield, U.K. and an honors diploma (distinction) in personnel management from the Lingnan College.
