Kornit Digital Announces the Opening of a Front-Service and Support Operation in the Asia Pacific Region with the Appointment of Mr. Marcel Kaiser as Kornit Digital Asia Pacific Customer Support Manager

ROSH-HA'AYIN, Israel, Aug. 5 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Kornit Digital, a leading-edge company that develops, manufactures and markets high-speed industrial digital inkjet printers, superior pigmented ink and unique chemistry solutions for the garment & apparel decorating industry, is pleased to announce the opening of the Kornit Digital Asia Pacific office in Hong Kong.

The office's primary goal is to strengthen Kornit’s presence in the Asia Pacific territory and to provide company customers and distributors with another channel of communication for conveying their various support needs. The Hong Kong office will support Kornit's thirteen highly skilled, professional distributors who provide technical services to Kornit customers in the Asia Pacific territory.

The office will provide full direct logistical & support services to the Asia Pacific distributors, in the following territories: Japan, India, North China, South China, East China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand, The Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia & New Zealand. Among the services provided by the KDAP office will be the handling of all deliveries of consumables and spare parts, and the managing of a local inventory, in order to increase availability and shorter lead times. The office will also include a fully-equipped training center that will offer a variety of hands-on, professional training sessions, including technical operation and maintenance training, and comprehensive art & pre-press applications training.

With the opening of the Hong-Kong subsidiary, Kornit Digital has appointed Mr. Marcel Kaiser as the Customer Support Manager of Kornit Digital Asia Pacific Ltd. Marcel Kaiser has 10 years of experience in the digital printing industry, including previous positions in Scitex Vision and Objet Geometries. In his new position at Kornit Digital, Marcel will be in charge of all customer support activities for the Asia Pacific region, as a part of Kornit’s ICS Division, and will provide second line support to all Kornit’s Asia Pacific distributors and their service teams.
