Lanson Place Hospitality Management Limited Appoints Head of Finance and Head of Development

HONG KONG, Oct. 22, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Lanson Place Hospitality Management Limited (Lanson Place) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Jo Leung as Head of Finance and Ms. Loraine Berry as Head of Development effective from 16 October 2013.

Ms. Jo Leung will be responsible for supervising and directing Lanson Place's Group Finance and IT, assisting in the formulation and implementation of the Group's strategy, expansion and monitoring the business and financial performance, as well as the asset management of Wing Tai Properties Limited's hospitality investments.

Jo possesses over 25 years of experience in finance and management in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining us, she was Area Director of Finance -- East China at Hyatt International, and held other executive positions at various luxury hospitality groups including Ritz Carlton, Intercontinental Hotel Group and Shangri-la Hotels.

Ms. Loraine Berry has over 20 years of experience in business development, sales and marketing in hospitality. She joins us from Langham Hospitality Group where she was responsible for the company's expansion plan in Asia Pacific as Director of Development. She has also held numerous executive roles in other reputable international Hotel companies such as Marriott International, Accor and Hilton.

Loraine has been appointed as the Head of Development of Lanson Place to drive the company's strategic growth plan as well as identify and evaluate potential new projects for management contracts as well as new investment or joint-venture opportunities in China and the rest of Asia.
