The awards ceremony was held on 5 November 2015 at the Intercontinental Hotel, Singapore.

Prior to his appointment to the Group on 1st April 2013, Marco was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Monier Roofing Components and Klober GmbH in Frankfurt, Germany. He was formerly the Sales & Marketing Director of Monier SpA, Italy. It is evident through his stewardship for the short 2 and half years, Monier Asia Pacific has undergone an impressive transformational change in promotion of a healthier work culture while ensuring the growth of the company. Presently, Marco leads in Asia with its regional hub in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Marco Righi is graduated with MBA from SDA Bocconi University in Milan and Degree in Structural Civil Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, Italy. He speaks fluent English, Italian and Spanish.
