HONG KONG, July 20, 2012 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Mastercraft International Holdings Limited ("Mastercraft" together with its subsidiaries the "Group", stock code: 8146), one of the leading portable lighting suppliers to U.S. mass market retailers, home furnishing stores, furniture stores and specialty stores, announced today its successful listing on the Growth Enterprise Market of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ("SEHK").
On its first trading day, approximately 24.52 million shares changed hands with total turnover amounting to approximately HK$9.58 million. The Company's share price closed at HK$0.355 per share, while the Placing Price is HK$0.35 per share. The highest share price of the day is HK$0.46.
WAG Worldsec Corporate Finance Limited is the sole sponsor of the Placing. Luen Fat Securities Company Limited and WAG Worldsec Corporate Finance Limited are the joint lead underwriters. DL Brokerage Limited, Good Harvest Securities Company Limited, Luk Fook Securities (HK) Limited and Sanfull Securities Limited are the underwriters.
