The AGM will be held on December 18, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. local time at Nanhai Sea Room, 1/F, Building B, Shenzhen Wuzhou Guest House, No. 6001, Shennan Road, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, People's Republic of China. Only holders of record of the Company's ordinary shares at the close of business on November 12, 2008, U.S. Eastern Standard Time are entitled to receive notice of and vote at the AGM or by proxy.
