("Ossen" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: OSN), a China-based manufacturer of an array of plain surface, rare earth and zinc coated pre-stressed steel materials, today announced that it will hold its 2012 annual general meeting of shareholders at 10:00 a.m. local time on December 3rd, 2012 at the Company's headquarters located at 518 Shangcheng Road, Floor 17, Shanghai, China.

Details about the meeting, including proposals to be presented, will be included in the notice of the meeting and related proxy materials, which the Company expects to distribute to its shareholders at the end of October 2012.
