(NASDAQ: PWRD) ("Perfect World" or the "Company"), a leading online game developer and operator based in China, today announced that it will release unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2011, after the market closes on Thursday, March 15, 2012.

The Company will host a corresponding conference call and live webcast at 9:00pm Eastern Daylight Time on Thursday, March 15, 2012 (9:00am Beijing time on Friday, March 16, 2012).
