Record number of emerging market buyers participated in Private Buyer Meetings at the China Sourcing Fairs

HONG KONG, Nov. 30 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- Emerging market buyers from Poland, Russia, Brazil, India, Turkey and Chile participated in Private Buyer Meetings at Global Sources' (Nasdaq: GSOL) Fall 2009 China Sourcing Fairs. Nine companies participated in Hong Kong -- more than double the number at previous Fairs.

Demand from emerging market buyers was also evident in India earlier this month where the first Private Buyer Meetings were held at the China Sourcing Fairs in Mumbai. A total of sixteen meetings were held with top Indian buyers at the Fairs.
