Report Highlights:

General Electric Company (NYSE:GE): General Electric Co. (NYSE:GE) the largest producer of jet engines, power generation equipment and healthcare technology in the world, recently announced it plans to shield itself from worsening conditions in Greece by minimizing its involvement in the European nation. Bloomberg reports GE currently has no more than 100 million euros, or US$126 million, of sales in the country. "What sales do exist are primarily in the healthcare industry," said Ferdinando Beccalli-Falco, head of GE's European and North Asian operations. Beccalli-Falco said that as of now, he has not heard of any anomalous delays in payments from its Greek customers, not including state institutions. "We have built in firewalls and minimized the amount of business we do in Greece." Beccalli-Falco said, "We are taking all the steps necessary," without elaborating on the protective measures. In the last three months, company insiders have sold a total of US$663,710 in shares, which ranged in price from US$19.49 to US$19.75 each. Where do you think the stock will go from here? Cheniere Energy, Inc. (AMEX:LNG): Shares of Cheniere Energy, Inc. (NYSE:LNG) jumped on Friday after a Citi analyst gave the company its "Buy" rating back, as well as a US$26 price target. However, in recent weeks CEO Charif Souki has sold millions of dollars in shares. According to The Associated Press, "Standard and Poor's Ratings Services also raised their rating of the Houston-based company by two levels, from 'B-' to 'B+'." The higher ratings come after federal regulators allowed the company to proceed with construction of its Sabine Pass liquefied natural gas project in Louisiana. "Analyst Faisel Khan said that in the last year, Cheniere has lowered its risks, helping the company achieve such higher ratings." Souki has been on a stock selling tear since April. In May alone, the CEO sold 240,000 shares valued between US$14.77 and US$18.38, according to insider trading reports. In total, Souki cashed out for about 3.5 million last month. In June, he has already sold 15,000 shares valued at US$13.40 each, given away 20,000 as gifts. With new projects developing and strong credit ratings, why do you think Souki is jumping ship? Academic studies have shown that insiders traditionally make higher investment returns than ordinary investors. Want to trace the activities of company insiders from now on?
