SHANGHAI, Aug. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Robert Walters and SHL announced today they will collaborate to launch the first ever Greater China Talent Management Series. The kick-off session will take place in Shanghai on August 21, from 2:30 to 4:30 pm, with an address by Mr. Carter Yang, Managing Director of Robert Walters China and Mr. Quan Fu, Managing Director of SHL China.

According to Robert Walters' 2012 Global Salary Survey and SHL's 2012 Global Assessment Trends Report (GATR), talent recruitment and retention has now become a key challenge for many multinationals in Greater China. With a limited talent pool noticed across the region, recruiting and retaining the right professionals are now one of the main objectives for organisations aiming to move forward.
