Sinoenergy Corporation Delays 2006 Form 10-K Filing

QINGDAO, China, April 2 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sinoenergy Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: SNEN), ("Company"), a manufacturer of compressed natural gas (CNG) vehicle and gas station equipment as well as a designer, developer and builder of CNG stations in China, today announced that it will delay its planned filing date for its 2006 Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2006.

Sinoenergy will request the extension because it does not expect to complete the preparation of its consolidated financial statements by the initial filing deadline of April 2, 2007. Sinoenergy expects to issue its fourth quarter and full-year fiscal 2006 earnings announcement at 7:00 a.m. EDT on April 10, 2007 then conduct a conference call with the filing of its Form 10-K at 10:00 a.m. EDT on April 10, 2007 to discuss results for the fourth quarter and year end 2006.
