(OTC Bulletin Board: STHK), a fully reporting company, announced today that it has appointed Waste 2 Green Energy Limited ("w2ge"), headquartered in London and with a presence in Poland, as the Company's exclusive distributor for the United Kingdom and also for the Republic of Poland.
