BEIJING, July 6, 2012 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- TAL Education Group ("TAL" or the "Company") (NYSE: XRS), a leading K-12 after-school tutoring service provider in China, today announced that it will release its unaudited financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2013 ended May 31, 2012, before the market opens on Tuesday, July 24, 2012.
