TTI Extends Use of Kronos Solutions, Expects to Realize Self-services for Over 13,000 Employees

BEIJING, Sept. 6 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Kronos^® Incorporated today announced that TTI Group, the world-class leader in quality consumer, professional, and industrial products, extended use of Kronos 4500^TM terminals to realize complete automation of time & attendance and employee self-services for its largest manufacturing basis located at Industrial Park in Houjie Town of Dongguan, Guangdong Province of China.

News Facts

• TTI China has used the Kronos Workforce Central suite to manage time and attendance processes for 13,000 employees for more than one year. The Time Clocks TTI used before were not integrated with Kronos software, so the data was not real-time and missing data issues occurred very often. TTI expects to establish a centralized and integrated workforce management platform to help them control labor costs, minimize compliance risk, and improve workforce productivity.
• TTI China will configure dozens of Kronos 4500 terminals for all the six business units located at the Industrial Park in Houjie Town of Dongguan, Guangdong Province, instead of the previous Time Clocks, to realize real-time and complete automation of the time and attendance process. Employee self-services functions that Kronos 4500 provides will allow employees to inquire about their personal information for shifts, balance of leave and labor hours, and apply for leave or shift rescheduling.
• TTI China uses a bi-directional interface to feed the Kronos labor data into the company's payroll system. The automated process ensures payroll accuracy and improves HR efficiency.
• Kronos helps track labor hours correctly and conveniently when labor shift or cost center are changed. Thus, TTI realized real-time labor cost visibility on the shop floor.
• TTI Group, with headquarters located in Hong Kong, is one of the largest global designers, manufacturers and distributors of house decorations. The largest manufacturing base is at the Industrial Park in Houjie Town of Dongguan with over 13,000 employees.
• TTI will rollout Kronos solutions in its Macao branch soon.
