of fiscal 2006.

For the three months ended December 31, 2007, the 42.8% growth in revenue from $7,851,000 to $11,212,000 was mainly attributed to growth of sales of handsets and components. The revenue from sales of handsets and components was totaled $5,407,000 compared $565,000 for the same period of 2006, represented a 857% growth, accounted for 48.2% in total revenue, compared only 7.2% in the same period last year. The revenue from design services, which have higher profit margin, was down 20.3% from $7,286,000 to 5,805,000, accounted for 51.8% of total revenue.

Mr.Xiaofeng Li, the CEO of T-Bay commented, "The growth of revenue is due to more orders received for PCB and PCBA boards from our customers. On the other hand, in order to broaden and strengthen our product design portfolio, and taken into consideration the potential shift of business focus of one of our current chipset platform providers, we have entered into cooperation project with a new chipset platform supplier, i.e. VIA, MTK, since the second quarter of fiscal 2007. During the transition period with this new platform provider, the number of new phone designs we rolled out in the third quarter was lower than that during the same period last year. This has resulted in a decrease in net income during the third quarter. The cooperation with the new chipset platform provider is in good progress. Since we introduced the first VIA design solution to the market in November 2006 up to December 31, 2006, the revenue generated by VIA-based solutions accounted for 35.1% of our total design revenue. We anticipate the new series of design solutions based on VIA platforms will continue to become a strong driver of our design revenue.

Xiaofeng, Li added, "Our team worked with VIA chipset solutions very well and the transition period has taken only a few months. We expect to have strong revenue growth through the whole 4th Quarter. With more new solutions to be introduced, we continue to expect a 25-35% growth in net profit for the whole fiscal year ended 2007."
