TG-0054 rapidly mobilizes stem cells and progenitor cells from the bone marrow into peripheral circulation. TG-0054 has already completed Phase 1 study in healthy volunteers in the US. In addition to stem cell transplantation, other potential indications include chemosensitization and ischemic diseases.
