Top Worldwide Bond Issuers Gather for the First Time in China

BEIJING, Dec. 3, 2010 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Euromoney, in cooperation with the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (NAFMII), recently held the first-ever international meeting dedicated to the growth of China’s bond markets. Opened by Zhou Xiaochuan, the Governor of the People’s Bank of China, the conference brought together more than 25 of the world’s top issuers to discuss the ongoing development of China’s fixed income landscape and the opportunities and challenges presented by RMB issuance and investment.

This groundbreaking event attracted more than 1000 attendees, including leading Chinese policymakers, global and domestic issuers, international investors and senior bank executives. In total, delegates from 24 different countries and territories around the globe registered to attend the forum.
