LONDON, Oct. 13 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Vectone Mobile announced today the creation of a new marketing services department at their London headquarters to oversee the Vectone groups' ongoing Pan-European MVNO expansion. With a GBP17.5m marketing budget at their disposal, Vectone mobile has recently announced the forthcoming launch of their service in Spain.
