According to Frost & Sullivan's Asia Pacific Contact Center Applications Market CY2007 research, Verint was recognized for call monitoring in Asia Pacific and the Greater China contact center market in 2007. The 2008 Best Practices Awards distinguish Verint's achievements in these sectors with its robust suite of call monitoring systems and workforce management software which are designed to help optimize workforce performance.
