Equipped with dual-channel 64-bit DDR3 and dual-channel 16-bit NAND Flash, the A31 can increase the reading and writing speed of a system's random-access memory. Moreover, the A31 has an efficient power consumption management system and can work with a smart power management PMICAXP221 - to achieve dynamic power management and longer battery life.

With the robust PowerVR SGX544MP2 GPU, the A31 can deliver an excellent game experience to users with crystal clear images, a fluent interface, and better compatibility.
Video
The A31 comes with fourth-generation video processing technology from Allwinner Technology. It provides 4Kx2K video decoding; Blue-ray 3D@30fps, quad-lane 720P video encoding and 4K player can provide multi-video suspension display. It can also offer a more open video engine interface, compliant with the OpenMax standard.
Webpages
The website can offer a suspension video and a faster loading speed. If the bandwidth is fast enough, the mainstream web loading time can be lower than 5 seconds.
Cameras
The A31 has 4 lanes of MIPI CSI connectors and can offer a camera with 12 million pixels, videotape with 1080P@60fps, and it also can do face detection, pan-shot, auto-focusing and function as a camera for 3D, among other features.

The A31 offers 16-bit dual-channel NAND, enhancing the reading and writing speed by 100%.
