XI’AN, China, July 14 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- On May 30, 2008, Xi’an 38 Fule Health & Advisory, LTD ("38 Fule", or the "Company") (Pink Sheets: XNFHF) incorrectly announced that the Company has begun trading on the "OTC market’s highest tier", OTCQX, under the symbol XNFHF. The press release also included a comment from the Company’s Chairman that:
"As a member of OTCQX, we look forward to enhancing our exposure to international financial markets, especially to U.S. investors," said Xiaofeng Yuan, Chairman of 38 Fule. "We are proud to join the esteemed group of companies trading on OTCQX and look forward to the increased investor access, information availability and trading visibility this new market tier offers. We are extremely pleased that Z & Z International, Inc., our financial adviser, provides assistance and facilitates this listing transaction."
The above information released to the public on May 30, 2008 is incorrect due to the Company’s incorrect statement of its quotation status. At no time did the Company apply for quotation on the OTCQX, but rather applied for a common stock quotation on the Pink Sheets. Even though the Company was cleared for quotation on the Pink Sheets, at no time was the Company approved for trading on the OTCQX.
