SHANGHAI, November 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Zuoan Fashion Limited (NYSE: ZA) ("Zuoan" or the "Company"), a leading design-driven fashion casual menswear company in China, today announced that it will hold its annual general meeting of shareholders on December 22, 2014 at 2:00 p.m., local time, at Zuoan Fashion Limited Conference room, Building 1, Lane 618, Dingyuan Road, Songjiang District, Shanghai 201616, China. The shareholder record date is November 17, 2014.
At the meeting, shareholders will be asked to re-elect Mr. Chaoshen Wang and Mr. Tianzhen Hong to the Company's Board of Directors, ratify the appointment of GHP Horwath, P.C. as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2014, and transact any such other business that may properly come before the meeting.
Also today, the Company announced that while it does not comment on market activity or market rumors, in view of the recent market activity in its common stock, the Company states that it is not aware of any material corporate developments that could account for any unusual trading activity. Management reiterates that the fundamentals of the Company's business have not changed.
