(NASDAQ: HMIN) today announced that it has filed an automatic shelf registration statement on Form F-3 under the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The registration statement registers resales by persons named therein of the Company's 2.00% convertible senior notes due 2015 and the Company's ordinary shares represented by American Depositary Shares (ADSs) issuable upon conversion of the notes. The registration statement also registers resales of ordinary shares represented by ADSs by shareholders named in the registration statement. The registration statement became effective upon filing.
