At the same time, we are experiencing a global talent shortage. We hope that by recognizing pioneers and visionaries through the ISLA program, we are helping to inspire a strong future generation of information security professionals," said W. Hord Tipton, CISSP-ISSEP, CAP, CISA, executive director of (ISC)2. "The success of the ISLA program would not be possible without the continued support of the (ISC)2 Asian Advisory Board members, to whom I extend my deepest appreciation. They have committed their time and effort to the Nomination Review Committee, which provides a balance of geographical representation, to objectively select the ISLA honorees."

(ISC)2 officials will recognize 28 Honorees, three Showcased Honorees, and one Community Service Star on stage at the Asia-Pacific ISLA Gala Dinner on 8 August, 2013 at the Makati Shangri-la, Manila.
