Reporting to Richard Loh, the company's CEO, Hoo Tuan will be tasked to strengthen the Southeast Asia team comprising Office Leaders, Senior/ Client Partners and Associates.
Hoo Tuan is a 30-year industry veteran having held top positions in the HR, talent management and corporate communications functions in both the public and private sectors in Singapore and China.

In the private sector, she specialized in personnel services, training and development and public affairs in Citibank NA, and helmed at two manufacturing companies -- in Singapore and China.
