Mr. Ash Sahi, President and CEO of CSA Group and Mr. Chang Lung Chen, President of JHET, officially marked the occasion by signing a memorandum of understanding (MOU) today.

CSA Group and JHET will offer testing and certification and promote compliance with local, national and international standards for luminaries and equipment used in hazardous locations. Eligible manufacturers in Taiwan wishing to export to international markets would be able gain the globally recognized CSA certification based on testing carried out locally at a qualified JHET laboratory. This will benefit existing and future CSA Group and JHET customers by reducing travel time and costs associated with testing samples, by shortening turnaround time for reports, and providing a streamlined process for testing and certification to global standards.
