Details of the Poster Presentation:
ATG-125 (B7-H3 x PD-L1 bispecific ADC)
Title: ATG-125, a novel B7H3 x PD-L1 bispecific antibody-drug conjugate, demonstrates potent antitumor efficacy by dual targeting of immune evasion and direct tumor killing
Abstract Number: 5599
Session Category: Immunology
Session Title: T Cell Engagers 2 / Antibody-Drug Conjugates 1
Date: April 21, 2026
Time: 02:00 PM - 05:00 PM (Pacific Time)
           05:00 AM, April 22, 2026 - 08:00 AM, April 22, 2026 (Beijing Time)
Location: Poster Section 8

Introduction: B7-H3 and PD-L1 are immune checkpoint molecules broadly overexpressed across multiple solid tumors and are associated with immune evasion and poor prognosis. Although PD-1/PD-L1-directed therapies have demonstrated clinical benefit, treatment resistance remains a significant challenge. B7-H3 is also emerging as a promising ADC target due to its broad tumor expression and rapid internalization. ATG-125 is a novel B7-H3 x PD-L1 bispecific ADC designed to combine direct tumor killing with immune activation by co-targeting two complementary tumor-associated pathways in a single molecule.

Results: ATG-125 bound to both B7-H3 and PD-L1 with high specificity and nanomolar affinity and demonstrated robust antigen-dependent internalization in dual-positive tumor cells, enabling efficient intracellular payload release. The molecule induced tumor cell apoptosis, while its parental naked antibody blocked PD-1/PD-L1 interaction and elicited IL-2 and IFN-γ production in mixed lymphocyte reaction assays. ATG-125 also enhanced T-cell activation, as reflected by an increased ratio of CD69+/CD3+ T cells in co-cultures of tumor cells and human PBMCs. In vivo, ATG-125 demonstrated sustained antitumor activity in HCC827 xenograft models, increased tumor infiltration of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells in PBMC-humanized models, and inhibited tumor growth in a dose-dependent manner in MC38-hB7H3 syngeneic models, accompanied by elevated intratumoral CD8+ T-cell infiltration.

Conclusion: ATG-125 demonstrated synergistic IO+ADC antitumor activity through a differentiated mechanism combining enhanced internalization for payload delivery with the potential to restore anti-tumor immunity. Its compelling preclinical profile supports further development for patients with solid tumors.

ATG-106 (CDH6 x CD3 TCE)
Title: ATG-106, a novel "2+1" format CDH6-targeted T-cell Engager (TCE), shows potent T cell dependent cytotoxicity and in vivo anti-tumor efficacy
Abstract Number: 1621
Session Category: Immunology
Session Title: T Cell Engagers 1
Date: April 20, 2026
Time: 09:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Pacific Time)
           00:00 AM, April 21, 2026 - 03:00 AM, April 21, 2026 (Beijing Time)
Location: Poster Section 10

Introduction: CDH6 plays an important role in embryonic kidney development but has negligible expression in adult kidney tissue. Its overexpression in ovarian and renal cancers, together with limited normal tissue expression, makes CDH6 an attractive therapeutic target. However, T cell engagers in solid tumors have often been limited by insufficient efficacy and the risk of cytokine release syndrome. To address these challenges, Antengene developed ATG-106, a novel "2+1", sterically masked CDH6 x CD3 bispecific TCE designed to deliver potent antitumor activity with the potential for a reduced CRS risk profile.

Results: ATG-106 exhibited reduced binding affinity to CD3+ cells before CDH6 crosslinking, while inducing approximately 100- to 400-fold more potent cytotoxicity against CDH6-positive tumor cells compared with a "1+1" CrossMab control TCE. The molecule demonstrated potent T cell-dependent cytotoxicity in ovarian and renal cancer models and showed low immunogenicity risk in vitro. In PBMC-humanized 786-O kidney cancer xenograft models, ATG-106 induced tumor shrinkage in all treated mice, with complete remissions observed in the 0.1 mg/kg and 0.3 mg/kg groups. ATG-106 also induced tumor shrinkage and complete remission in PBMC-humanized OVCAR-3 ovarian cancer models. Notably, pro-inflammatory cytokine levels remained very low in treated animals, suggesting low CRS risk. In non-human primate studies, the surrogate molecule ATG-106-RM was well tolerated at doses up to 10 mg/kg.

Conclusion: ATG-106 demonstrated limited T cell binding in the absence of target cells, potent cytotoxicity against tumor cells, and encouraging in vivo efficacy in ovarian and kidney cancer models. Favorable safety findings with the surrogate molecule in non-human primates further support continued clinical development of ATG-106 as a CDH6-targeted TCE candidate.

ATG-112 (ALPPL2 x CD3 TCE)
Title: ATG-112, a novel ALPP/G x CD3 bispecific T cell engager, for the treatment of ALPP/G+ solid tumors
Abstract Number: 1620
Session Category: Immunology
Session Title: T Cell Engagers 1
Date: April 20, 2026
Time: 09:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Pacific Time)
           00:00 AM, April 21, 2026 - 03:00 AM, April 21, 2026 (Beijing Time)
Location: Poster Section 10

Introduction: Placental alkaline phosphatase and related placental-like/germ-cell isoforms, including ALPPL2 and ALPG, are aberrantly expressed in a range of solid tumors while being largely absent from normal adult tissues except the placenta, making them highly promising tumor-selective immunotherapy targets. Antengene developed ATG-112, an ALPP/G x CD3 bispecific TCE based on the AnTenGager® platform in a "2+1" format, featuring bivalent antigen binding to improve low-antigen tumor recognition and a sterically masked CD3 binding arm designed to restrict T-cell activation to the tumor microenvironment.

Results: Tissue microarray IHC analysis showed that ALPP/G expression was restricted to placental tissue among normal organs and was not detected in other normal tissues, while frequent expression was observed in endometrial and ovarian cancers, with lower prevalence in bladder, gastric and pancreatic cancers. ATG-112 demonstrated high binding affinity to both ALPP/G-positive tumor cells and recombinant proteins, with EC50 and KD values in the sub-nanomolar range. It induced robust T cell-dependent cytotoxicity against target-positive cells with picomolar EC50 values, while in vitro cytokine-release assays showed minimal cytokine secretion from human PBMCs. In vitro studies also demonstrated that the spatial masking effect of ATG-112 is reversible. Immunogenicity assessment showed low immunogenic potential, and in vivo ATG-112 delivered potent tumor suppression across multiple dose levels in humanized mouse models, with low cytokine release and controllable CRS risk at efficacious doses. The program also demonstrated strong developability characteristics.

Conclusion: ATG-112 demonstrated a compelling preclinical profile, with potent in vitro and in vivo antitumor activity and minimal cytokine release. These findings support the continued advancement of ATG-112 toward clinical development for solid tumors.

ESCMID Global: Maternal RSV vaccination cuts infant hospitalisation risk by over 80%, major UKHSA study finds

MUNICH, April 18, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The largest real-world study of its kind, presented today at ESCMID Global 2026, shows that maternal vaccination against respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) reduces the risk of hospitalisation in young infants by over 80% when given at least two weeks before birth.

RSV is a common virus that can cause severe respiratory illness in infants and young children, including lower respiratory tract infections (LRTIs) such as bronchiolitis and pneumonia. It is a leading cause of infant hospitalisation worldwide, with early-life infection linked to potential longer-term effects including recurrent wheeze or asthma, repeat hospital admissions and impaired lung health.

In England, a national maternal RSV vaccination programme was introduced on 1 September 2024, offering the Bivalent Prefusion F vaccine to pregnant women from 28 weeks' gestation.

To evaluate its impact on infant hospitalisations due to RSV-associated LRTI, researchers from the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) conducted a retrospective cohort study using linked national datasets, including NHS maternity records, immunisation data and hospital and laboratory data. The analysis included 289,399 infants born between 2 September 2024 and 24 March 2025, representing around 90% of births in England during this period.

Across the study population, 4,594 RSV-associated hospitalisations were recorded. Although infants born to unvaccinated mothers made up 55% of the total cohort, they accounted for 87.2% of hospitalisations.

In contrast, infants whose mothers were vaccinated at least 14 days before birth had a markedly lower risk of hospitalisation, with vaccine effectiveness estimated at 81.3%, relative to the unvaccinated group.

Lead author and UKHSA epidemiologist Matt Wilson commented, "As the largest study to date examining the impact of this vaccine on infant hospitalisation, these findings provide robust evidence that vaccination offers substantial protection against severe illness in young infants. We found a clear relationship between timing and protection, with effectiveness increasing as the interval between vaccination and birth lengthens, reaching close to 85% when vaccination occurs at least four weeks before delivery."

The study also investigated outcomes in preterm infants. Vaccine effectiveness was estimated at 69.4% in preterm infants, when allowing at least 14 days between vaccination and birth.

"These findings are particularly important for preterm infants, who are among the most vulnerable to severe RSV infection," added Wilson. "With sufficient time between vaccination and birth, we saw good levels of protection in these babies."

Lunit's AACR 2026 presentations showed how AI-driven biomarkers can improve the efficiency of clinical workflows, uncover spatial features of the tumor microenvironment not captured by conventional methods, and enable integrated analysis to better support treatment decision-making.

SEOUL, South Korea, April 18, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Lunit (KRX:328130), a leading provider of AI for cancer diagnostics and precision oncology, presented six studies at the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Annual Meeting 2026, taking place from April 17 to 22 in San Diego, California.

Lunit at AACR 2026

The presentations highlighted Lunit's continued advancements in AI-driven biomarker development, tumor microenvironment (TME) analysis, and real-world clinical applicability. Several studies were conducted in collaboration with global partners, including Agilent Technologies.

In a study conducted with Agilent Technologies and Ajou University Medical Center, researchers used Lunit SCOPE IO and uIHC to analyze over 25,000 non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) samples. The results showed that tumors with high c-MET expression exhibited a significant reduction in immune cell density within 30 μm of tumor cells (p<0.001), revealing a spatial immune exclusion pattern not captured by conventional analysis. These findings suggest a potential link between c-MET overexpression and immune evasion, supporting combination strategies involving MET-targeted therapy and immunotherapy.

Researchers also present findings from an exploratory analysis of the phase II MOUNTAINEER trial, demonstrating that AI- quantified HER2 expression is strongly associated with treatment response in patients with HER2-positive metastatic colorectal cancer treated with tucatinib plus trastuzumab. The overall objective response rate (ORR) was 43.4%, increasing to as high as 80% in patients with higher HER2 expression, indicating a clearer dose-dependent relationship. Tumor-Infiltrating Lymphocyte (TIL) density independently predicted progression-free survival. Notably, patients with low stromal TIL levels showed no response (ORR 0%) and a significantly higher risk of disease progression.

These findings highlight the increasing complexity of biomarker assessment, where both tumor characteristics and immune context need to be considered, underscoring the potential role of AI in supporting treatment decision-making.

In addition to these representative studies, Lunit presented additional research abstracts at AACR 2026, further demonstrating the breadth of its AI-powered oncology research. These include studies on

Edward Deng, Founder, Chairman and CEO of AGIBOT, speaks on stage at APC 2026

Building on three years of rapid evolution, from R&D to mass production to commercialization, AGIBOT highlighted a fundamental industry transition: artificial intelligence is moving beyond digital cognition into real-world execution. As embodied systems begin to operate reliably in physical environments, the industry is entering a critical phase where scalable deployment and tangible productivity value are becoming achievable at scale. Against this backdrop, AGIBOT is positioning itself as a key architect of the emerging Physical AI ecosystem.

"The industry is moving from proving what robots can do, to proving what value they can consistently deliver at scale," said Edward Deng, Founder, Chairman and CEO of AGIBOT. "At AGIBOT, we focus on making embodied intelligence deployable, combining motion, interaction, and manipulation intelligence into one system that can operate under real-world constraints. Our goal is not just to build capable robotic machines, but to turn them into reliable units of productivity that can be scaled across industries."

A Full-Series Portfolio Built on a Unified Physical Intelligence Architecture
At APC 2026, AGIBOT unveiled its latest technological architecture at APC 2026, positioning itself as the only company to offer a full-series, full-scenario lineup spanning humanoids, wheeled platforms, and multi-form robots across different sizes and applications.

At the core of this portfolio is AGIBOT's "One Robotic Body with Three Intelligences" framework, an engineering-ready paradigm that integrates motion, interaction, and operation intelligence into a unified system. Within this architecture, the robotic body serves not only as the physical carrier of intelligence, but also as the critical interface to the real world, where perception, decision-making, and execution must operate under real physical constraints such as force, precision, timing, and safety. This tight coupling between intelligence and embodiment enables robots to move beyond isolated capabilities toward full-domain generalization in complex environments.

Supported by one of the most comprehensive full-stack technology systems in embodied AI, spanning both "brain" and "body", and reinforced by industry-leading mass production capabilities, AGIBOT continues to iterate its product lineup while systematically scaling deployment across increasingly complex real-world scenarios.

The XYZ Framework for Embodied Intelligence
At APC 2026, AGIBOT introduced a clear XYZ-curve framework to define the development trajectory of the embodied intelligence industry.

Kickstarting with DJ Charlie Tee in the French Alps, the campaign, titled Remote Raving Scenes, explores the power of electronic music to escape, unwind and intentionally reset

BONCOURT, Switzerland, April 18, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Vuse, the no.1 global vape brand*, announces the launch of its new content series Remote Raving Scenes which explores the trend of remote raving, looking at how culture is shifting from passive entertainment to intentional participation and connection, allowing you to truly immerse in the moment.

Remote_Raving_Scenes

The first in the series, Unwind In the Mountains, in partnership with acclaimed DJ Charlie Tee, transports audiences to the breathtaking mountain location of Alpe D'huez in France during Tomorrowland Winter, providing a fresh perspective on how electronic music is adapting and thriving in new forms. Watch here.

From the anticipation and the instant community to, at times, the digital distance, remote raving creates a profound connection between music, nature, and personal freedom. The first of these short films from Vuse and Charlie explores how intentional travel, music and environment combine to create an epic moment of collective release. With content that covers her arrival in the Alps, her magnetic sets, and an exploration of why people travel to remote and unique places for music, Charlie brings to life why some events and DJ sets resonate more than others.

DJ Charlie Tee says "My journey to the Alps wasn't just about playing music; it was about discovering how travel and the right music can combine to create a set of truly exceptional moments where you can escape the everyday. It's these moments that help you reconnect, intentionally 'switch in' for yourself and immerse in a collective experience with like-minded people."

A recent report which explores the cultural evolution of how audiences are engaging with electronic music highlighted that whilst there has been a 36 per cent decline in UK nightclubs since March 2020, overall event programming has expanded by 10.5 per cent year-on-year. There has also been an 82 per cent growth in daytime events since 2022, expanding nearly three times faster than nighttime programming**. These statistics show a clear shift in the clubbing scene moving beyond traditional venues to embrace diverse, often more accessible, and unique experiences, with communities reclaiming their own version of how they escape whilst enjoying electronic music.

Immersive and different clubbing locations is not only of value to the audience, but also the DJs themselves. Speaking to a few up-and-coming DJs across Europe, Vuse found that the best off-grid settings are the ones you wouldn't usually associate with nightlife. One DJ from Austria said: "It's less about the crowd and more about the energy – that feeling when music takes over and transforms any space into something unforgettable."

From small gatherings in the mountains, to small sunset sessions by the sea, it's clear that the most incredible remote raving moments happen in the simplest, most unexpected places.

Creator and DJ Zoe London, commented: "I've been fortunate to play in some incredibly unique spaces - from DJing up a mountain in the highest club in Europe, in Val Thorens, to the unique environment of a disused station that used to be an underground skatepark in London. I love the idea of performing in an old school factory which still has its artefacts, centring the DJ set within it to create a truly unique moment."

Tomorrowland, one of the world's most iconic electronic music festivals, highlights the power of location in creating unforgettable moments.

The Vuse Remote Raving Scenes series features exclusive sets from a varied line up of globally renowned DJs exploring different remote raving locations, kicking off with DJ Charlie Tee. The first episode will launch on 17th April 2026 with the others rolling out over 2026.

Statement from OCI Global

AMSTERDAM, April 18, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- OCI Global N.V. ("OCI" or the "Company") (Euronext: OCI) today released the following statement alongside the convocation notice for its 2026 Annual General Meeting, to be held on 2 June 2026.

Since the appointment of the Enterprise Chamber–appointed directors in January 2026 (the "EC Directors"), the Company has continued to support their work as non-executive members of OCI's Board. This has included their familiarisation with the Company, its governance framework, and matters relevant to the proposed transaction with Orascom Construction ("OC").

The EC Directors are participating fully in the work of the Board alongside the other Board members. Their role, as set out by the Enterprise Chamber, is to see to it that the Board fulfils its obligations towards OCI and OCI's stakeholders, including its minority shareholders, with the preparation of the proposed transaction with Orascom Construction or any other transaction with Orascom Construction. In this context, the EC Directors have access to management, all relevant information, and external advisers, and have appointed their own external legal and financial advisers to support their work. No outcome has been pre-judged, and the EC Directors' review and deliberations are ongoing.

Consistent with their mandate and the ongoing Enterprise Chamber proceedings, the EC Directors are maintaining a neutral and independent position in relation to all matters falling outside the scope of their special mandate, while participating in the Board's meetings in accordance with their role as non-executive directors.

The Company expects to provide a further update on process once the current phase of review has been completed and when it is appropriate to do so, taking into account the input of the EC Directors, the Board's decision–making and the ongoing Enterprise Chamber proceedings. In this regard, it is noted that the long stop date for the proposed transaction with OC is 30 June 2026, with either party having the option to extend such date to year-end. Any material developments will be communicated through appropriate public disclosures, in line with applicable disclosure obligations and the principle of equal treatment of shareholders.

If the proposed transaction does not proceed, it would be for the Board to determine the other strategic options available to the Company and to evaluate what would be in the best interests of the Company and all its shareholders. Such options could include a multi–year wind–down of the remaining business or the evaluation of alternative strategic avenues, together with associated capital allocation decisions. At this stage, it would be premature to comment on any outcomes, conclusions, or other substantive matters beyond what has already been disclosed.

In parallel, the Company has continued to execute announced divestments and to manage its remaining assets, liabilities, and liquidity in the ordinary course of business. Throughout the strategic review, the Board has a fiduciary duty to consider any credible approach relating to OCI and to evaluate such approaches in accordance with its duties to the Company and all shareholders.

Partnering with Taiwan's ecosystem to set new global runtime cybersecurity standards

TAIPEI, April 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Exein, a global leader in embedded runtime cybersecurity, today announced the opening of its APAC headquarters and Taipei office in Taiwan. The new hub will serve as a regional operations and technology base, working closely with Taiwanese and APAC partners to accelerate the adoption of runtime cybersecurity across the IoT ecosystem and export new global standards.

As international regulations such as the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) evolve, device-level security has become both a regulatory requirement and a central industry priority. Leveraging Taiwan's leading position in the global semiconductor and electronics manufacturing supply chain, Exein is advancing the development of runtime cybersecurity technologies in IoT security ecosystem. By embedding AI-driven protection directly into devices, manufacturers can meet "security by design" requirements and gain access to global markets with greater confidence.

With the number of connected devices expected to exceed 25 billion by 2030, the attack surface continues to expand, with a significant portion of vulnerabilities linked to IoT endpoints. Exein addresses this challenge through AI-driven runtime protection embedded at the firmware level, enabling real-time detection and response to threats while maintaining performance impact.

The APAC region contributes nearly 50% of Exein's global revenue and has seen growth in 2025. Through strategic partnerships with MediaTek and ASPEED, Exein is expanding its footprint from IoT into data center infrastructure, integrating security capabilities into both edge devices and server platforms.

Gianni Cuozzo, Founder and CEO of Exein, said: "Expanding into APAC marks a key milestone in our global growth. Taiwan sits at the heart of the global technology supply chain, and establishing a presence here allows us to work more closely with partners shaping the next generation of connected devices. As IoT continues to grow, cybersecurity must evolve as a foundational capability. Our ambition is to make runtime cybersecurity a global standard."

Caesar Chuang, VP of Asia Pacific & Japan at Exein, added: "For manufacturers in Taiwan and across APAC, meeting regulations such as the CRA is becoming essential for entering global markets. By embedding security directly into devices, Exein helps companies meet compliance requirements from the earliest stages of product design. At the same time, we are building a strong regional ecosystem with partners such as MediaTek and ASPEED to make runtime cybersecurity a standard capability across the supply chain."

As Thailand's Food Festival Culture Grows, APP Group Supports Shift Toward Food-Safe Packaging

BANGKOK, April 18, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Thailand's vibrant food festivals have long been a celebration of culinary heritage and major attraction for tourists. From bustling street markets to large-scale events, these festivals showcase the diversity of Thai cuisine while supporting local businesses and SMEs. In response to this growing trend, APP Group is supporting the shift toward food-safe packaging.

According to research published by Multidisciplinary Digital Publishing Institute (MDPI), 48% of visitors attend food festivals more than twice, suggesting these events are becoming a recurring lifestyle activity. With the increasing scale and frequency of such events, ensuring food-safety handling practices becomes increasingly important.

Beyond that, the rising concern over food packaging containing unsustainable materials and harmful chemicals highlights the need for safer packaging solutions to protect consumers, especially at large-scale food festivals.

To address these challenges, the government has mandated Thai Industrial Standards (TIS) to ensure product safety, quality, and environmental protection specially for certain paper-based food contact materials, with stricter requirements expected to take effect in 2026.

These standards set requirements to ensure packaging materials are suitable for direct food contact and free from harmful substances. As a global pulp and paper company, APP Group supports Thailand's efforts to strengthen standards for food contact packaging and promote responsible packaging solutions.

"As the government strengthens food packaging regulations, we see this as a positive step toward improving food safety and sustainability. For food vendors and SMEs, access to reliable food-grade packaging is becoming essential and we are committed to supporting this transition through our sustainable packaging solutions," Kin Keung Christopher Wong, SVP & Global BU Head Industrial White, APP Group.

APP Group's Foopak packaging exceeds TIS chemical standards, with ISEGA and Intertek certifying it free of detectable lead, cadmium, and mercury. Made from 100% certified virgin pulp, it offers superior strength and eliminates the contamination risks associated with recycled materials, ensuring premium safety for direct food contact.

From SXSW to Soulscape: TapNow Brings Agentic AI Filmmaking Into Real Production

AUSTIN, Texas and SAN FRANCISCO, April 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- What once took months — or even years — to produce is now being compressed into 48 hours.

TapTV Arena Hackathon at Soulscape

At SXSW official panel, TapNow CEO Jessie Qin introduced the first "agentic canvas" for filmmaking — a real-time, always-on creative partner that brings a Cursor-like experience into video production.

Instead of relying on fragmented tools and pipelines, creators can now ideate, generate, and iterate within a single continuous system——TapNow AI.

What was introduced at SXSW didn't remain a concept — it was immediately put into practice by filmmakers at Soulscape.

At Soulscape, the global AI cinema summit and hackathon co-hosted by TapNow AI, powering a dedicated AIGC filmmaking unit under its TapTV Arena. The event brought together thousands of Hollywood filmmakers, digital artists, and industry professionals working directly with AI as part of their creative process.

This wasn't a showcase — it was filmmakers already working this way.

In the final 48-hour AIGC Hackathon, participants produced a slate of short films with clear narrative structure and visual coherence. Notably, the winning project of the competition was created using TapNow.

"This signals a broader shift: AI is beginning to enter the actual workflows of professional creators, rather than remaining on the periphery as an experimental tool," said Klaus He, co-founder of TapNow at Soulscape.

Projects like "Before Me," completed within 48 hours, and "Glasswork," recognized for its emotional depth and nuanced performances, point toward a new production model — one where individual creators can deliver fully realized work without traditional constraints.

As this model begins to spread, a new creative ecosystem is starting to take shape — one where AI-native storytelling is no longer experimental, but scalable.

TapNow has recently launched "10,000 Parallel Universes," a global initiative inviting creators to build original story worlds from the ground up. Backed by over $1 million in funding, each project begins as a trailer, but is designed to evolve into a larger narrative universe.

The first generation of AI-native story IP is already emerging.

The question is no longer whether AI can make films.

It's whether you join now — or catch up later.

Bambu Lab introduces the X2D - a new 3D printer designed for people who want to create, not troubleshoot technical issues. It's a device that operates like any household device, yet prints like a professional production studio.

For years, 3D printing was the domain of enthusiasts willing to spend hours on calibration and experimenting with settings. Bambu Lab changed that in 2022 with the launch of the X1 series, which proved for the first time that a 3D printer could simply work - without specialized knowledge, without trial and error, straight out of the box. The X2D takes this a step further.

The most important change is how the X2D manages itself. It automatically calibrates before every print, monitors the process through dozens of sensors, and compensates in real time for any deviation from expected parameters. A print either succeeds - or the machine stops before anything goes wrong. All of this happens in the background: the user selects a model, clicks print, and returns to a finished object.

The X2D prints using two nozzles. In practice, this means that supports - temporary structures required for complex geometries - can be removed without effort. Instead of sanding and scraping after printing, the finished object is truly ready. For users creating home decor, decorative elements, jewelry, toys, or fashion accessories, the difference is immediate and noticeable.

The print chamber is enclosed and actively temperature-controlled, while a triple-stage air filtration system captures particles and absorbs odors. The X2D can comfortably be placed in a living room, studio, or office.

The X2D is part of the broader Bambu Lab ecosystem - The Bambu Experience

Buying the X2D is not just buying a printer. It is buying into an environment where hardware, software, materials and community are designed as a single system - not assembled from parts.

Bambu Studio, Bambu Handy, MakerWorld, Maker's Supply, Maker's Lab and the designer crowdfunding program are not add-ons. They are the context in which the printer operates. Filaments are profiled against specific hardware. Models come with validated print settings. Components are standardized to fit printed designs. The distance between an idea and a finished object keeps shrinking - not because the printer got faster, but because every layer of friction between the user and the result has been deliberately removed.

This is what Bambu Lab has been building since 2022, and what the X2D inherits: a product that is complete out of the box, and an ecosystem that grows more useful the longer you are inside it.

3D printing is no longer a hobby for the patient. The X2D is a tool for anyone who wants to create physical objects - without technical barriers and without compromising on quality.

The X2D is available starting at $649 / €629. The Combo version, including a multi-material feeding system, starts at $899 / €849. Sales begin on launch day at bambulab.com.

Technical specifications:

Build volume: 256 × 256 × 260 mm (single main nozzle) / 235.5 × 256 × 256 mm (dual-nozzle intersection)

All change figures in this release compare to the same period of the previous year except when stated otherwise.

Key business developments in the first quarter of 2026

Net sales increased organically* by 0.8%, which was 4.2pp higher than the global LVP decrease of 3.4% (S&P Global Apr 2026) driven mainly by strong progress in Asia. Regional and customer LVP mix is estimated to have impacted sales positively by about 1.5pp, while tariff compensations added around 0.5pp. Our organic sales growth* outperformed LVP significantly in China (15pp) and Asia excl. China (6.8pp) and performed in line in EMEA and underperformed in Americas (4.5pp). Our strong performance in Asia excl. China was mainly due to India, where we outperformed by 28pp, driven by continued strong market growth in safety content per vehicle, while our China performance was mainly driven by further improved presence with Chinese OEMs.

Profitability was strong. Supported by successful execution of cost reductions and positive FX effects, gross profit increased by 10%. Operating income decreased by 6.7% and adjusted operating income* decreased by 3.9%, impacted by adverse FX translation effects and temporary lower R,D&E reimbursements as well as that Q1 2025 was positively impacted by one-time effects. Operating margin was 8.6% and adjusted operating margin* was 8.9%. ROCE was 22.2% and adjusted ROCE* was 22.9%.

Operating cash flow was negative $76 million, mainly due to an increase in working capital due to strong sales in March, temporary effects expected to reverse later in the year and the high level of accounts payable at the end of 2025. Free operating cash flow* thereby decreased to negative $159 million. The leverage ratio* was unchanged compared to a year ago at 1.3x, below our target limit of 1.5x. In the quarter, a dividend of $0.87 per share was paid.

Comments from Mikael Bratt, President & CEO

The first quarter turned out better than we had anticipated, with strong sales in March. Our operational performance exceeded our expectations, with solid productivity improvements, partly supported by reduced call-off volatility. Underlying profitability improved, with gross profit increasing by 10%, although adjusted operating income was slightly lower due to temporary lower R,D&E reimbursements and the one-time income in Q1 last year.

Our positive trend in Asia continued, with strong growth in India, South Korea and China. In China, we continued to grow faster than LVP, especially with the Chinese OEMs, outperforming by 40pp. In India, we grew sales organically by 38%, reflecting mainly the trend of increased safety content in vehicles in India, as well as the continued high level of LVP growth. We continue to expand our production capabilities in India, investing in additional inflator production capacity for future growth.

I am pleased that we in the quarter introduced our first airbag for motorcycles, as well as our first wearable airbag solution for motorcycle riders, building on our long term strategy of growing business outside our traditional core business.

The quarter was characterized by ongoing and new geopolitical challenges. At this point, it is difficult to fully assess the likely impacts, as the situation remains fluid. We continue to carefully monitor the developments while preparing for various scenarios, including different mitigation strategies.

The business environment is uncertain but our current best estimate for the remainder of the year is a re-iteration of our full year 2026 guidance of about unchanged organic sales and an adjusted operating margin of around 10.5-11%. This is based on the assumption that LVP will decline by around 1%.

Our balance sheet is healthy, with debt leverage of 1.3x, well below our target limit of 1.5x. Based on our guidance for sales and adjusted operating margin, we continue to expect strong cash flow for the year, which supports our ambitions to provide attractive shareholder returns, including to repurchase shares of $300-500 million in 2026.
