Mr. Zhu will remain a Board member of Ku6.

In 2009 Mr. Shi joined Shanda Interactive Entertainment ("Shanda") as Senior Director of Strategy and Integration. Mr. Shi holds a bachelor's degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University.
