Nadiah is working closely with Adecco Singapore Country Manager Femke Hellemons as she takes on the challenging role of leading Adecco Singapore for just one month.

Nadiah's first comments after taking up her new position were: "This is a great opportunity for me to take the first track to seeing what it is like to be the leader of a large international company. I am sure this experience will be both educational and rewarding, as well as a lot of fun."

Nadiah was the Brand & Marketing Director at AIESEC Singapore - a non-political, independent, not-for-profit global platform run by students and recent graduates of institutions of higher education to explore and develop their leadership potential. Possessing a great willingness to learn, like other young talents, Nadiah was able to grasp a good understanding of Adecco Singapore's business needs in a short time.

This enriching experience has allowed Nadiah to display the qualities of a CEO, enabling her to participate in strategising, planning and implementing call-to-actions to ensure that Adecco Singapore's business model is future-proof.

The Adecco Group offered budding "CEOs" an opportunity of a lifetime to become the CEO of Adecco Group for one month, under the direct supervision of the CEO of Adecco Group, Patrick De Maeseneire. CEO for One Month was launched in over thirty countries, eight of which are in Asia, where participants from all walks of life took part in the hope of becoming Adecco Country CEO for One Month in their country of residence.

Femke Hellemons, the Adecco Country Manager who gives up her job for one month commented: "Contrary to the suggestions of my direct team reports in Adecco, I will not be taking a long holiday for one month. Instead I will be working closely with Nadiah to ensure that she has a great experience with Adecco and that as an organisation we learn from her -- with a greater understanding of how Generation Z and other young talents view the world of work."

CEO for One Month aims to create innovative thinkers who will be groomed into successful leaders of tomorrow. An opportunity to equip the generation of today with the ability to dream and succeed in today's highly demanding corporate world.

This initiative not only aims to discover and nurture exceptional young talents but it also encourages more organisations to invest in the youths of today, who will be the successors of tomorrow.

Organisations will benefit hugely from recruiting fresh young talents as young people bring about a surge of enthusiasms to the workplace. Adecco Singapore looks forward to aid such budding young talents to realise their full potential through this nurturing experience by allowing them to channel their inner CEO in helping organisations to stay competitive in today's evolving business world.
