HONG KONG, Sept. 30, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Chubb Life, the global life insurance division of Chubb, announced the appointment of Ben Ng as the Chief Marketing Officer and a member of the Executive Committee of its Hong Kong operation.
Mr. Ng will head up the corporate strategy, marketing and product development teams, and be responsible for directing and managing product development & marketing, branding, advertising, corporate communications and customer relations for Chubb Life in Hong Kong. He will also provide assistance in planning local company strategies to achieve business objectives.
Mr. Ng brings to the team more than 20 years of actuarial and product development experience in the life insurance industry in Hong Kong and mainland China. He joins Chubb Life from FWD Life Insurance, where he was the Assistant Vice President of the Product Development and Management team. During his tenure, he led the team to develop and revamp products in Hong Kong, as well as to manage the product mix to achieve business targets. Prior to joining FWD, he had worked for Zurich Life Insurance, AXA China, AIA China Region and Winterthur Life, with extensive experience in actuarial, product and business development.
Mr. Ng graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science, and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
