In May, Evergrande has realized a sales area of 1.866 million square kilometers and continues to rank at the first place with a year-on-year growth of 45.1%.

Industry analysts point out that Evergrande has realized a sales volume of 56.21 billion Yuan in the first five months in 2014 with a target completion surpassing 50%, which reflects that the "following the market trend" sales strategy of Evergrande keeps generating power and that its products meets the current needs with a high performance-cost ratio and a synchronous rise on production and price.
