In Indonesia, the demand for building materials and its supporting elements is growing in line with the property sector. Based on the Residential Property Price Survey (SPHRR) published by Bank Indonesia, at Q4 of 2017 sales of residential homes grew by 3.05 percent (qtq). In addition, as stated in the Internet of Things (IOT) requirements of smart home concepts such as CCTV, alarm detectors, gas sensors and security systems using finger prints are becoming crucial elements. The growth of smart homes in Indonesia is driven by the property industry that offers automation as an advantage, which has resulted in higher consumer demands[1]. This technology is expected to be a solution for a modern society that demands more privacy and comfort.
