HONG KONG, Sept. 3, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- China Renaissance Securities (HK) Ltd has appointed WEN Tianli (Eric) as a Managing Director and Head of Equity Research. In addition, Eric will also serve as the Head of TMT Equity Research. Eric is based in the Firm's Hong Kong office.

Eric Wen is one of the longest serving Internet research analysts in China. He started covering China Internet in 2002 while at Morgan Stanley and has been working in the China Internet industry for the past 10 years. Prior to joining China Renaissance Securities, Eric was a Director and Head of TMT Equity Research for Mirae Asset Securities based in Hong Kong. He was ranked as a Runner-Up in 2010's Institutional Investor Survey and has received numerous panel votes from major institutional investors across the globe for his research. Eric received his MBA from the University of Chicago and completed his undergraduate studies at Fudan University and University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.
