The WorkFORCE® Assessment for Job Fit measures how well a candidate's behavioral skills fit the requirements of a specific job. This information enables HR to better screen candidates, reduce interview time and costs, and find the candidate most likely to succeed in the job.

The WorkFORCE Assessment for Job Fit is a comprehensive tool that offers significant advantages including a convenient 20 minute web-based recruiting tool available on a PC and smart phone, forced-choice methodology, and fast and accurate results. The easy-to-understand individual score reports and a roster report enable recruiters to easily compare scores across all candidates for the position. It has been validated by job type and by country, and it is available in 30 different languages including Korean.

The assessment provides recruiters with an expected Job Fit Indicator by percentile that indicates the candidate's likelihood of success in the position by measuring key behavioral predictors of workplace success — Initiative & Perseverance, Responsibility, Teamwork & Citizenship, Customer Service Orientation, Problem Solving & Ingenuity, and Flexibility & Resilience.

"Employers are interested in the behavioral competencies that drive workplace success. These are the 'soft skills' that are just as important as the technical skills for success in a particular job", said Mohammad Kousha, Managing Director of ETS Global.

During the upcoming seminar to be held on Nov. 3, Dr. Jacob Seybert from ETS headquarters will present on the features, benefits and reliability of the WorkFORCE assessment and its score interpretation methods. Any interested potential clients (corporates/individuals) are welcome to participate in this free event.
